as

A divine energy transfer known as Deeksha can be obtained from those specifically gifted and trained to offer it.
Deeksha (also spelled diksha) is a Sanskrit word, meaning benediction or invocation of divine help; in this case, a divine energy transfer. Described as a golden ball of energy descending into the head, this energy activates a shift in the brain, allowing you to realize your oneness with all creation. This is the true meaning of “enlightenment”—a state of mind that is in constant recognition of the reality of oneness. The cause of the majority of suffering in the world is a sense of separation, from the world itself, each other, and from our source. But the pure energy transferred through deeksha helps you realize that the sense of a separate self is an illusion. And, once this higher state of consciousness is attained, it is permanent.
To experience the divine energy transfer of deeksha, you do not need to change your lifestyle or make any vows. It is not limited to followers of any one religion, nor does it come with rules for the practice of a set of rituals. The state of mind attained with deeksha is not one that can be pursued or attained through personal effort. Only someone specifically trained can activate the various centers in the brain with their energy, initiating the process of change that allows an intelligent flow of cosmic energy to elevate you into an altered state, restructuring the brain and awakening the seeker to the awareness of wholeness and oneness. Since it is a biological event, it can be experienced by anybody.
Though enlightenment doesn’t happen instantly for everyone, lives have changed significantly in terms of overall happiness, a capacity for love, and a sense of peace. Those who have attained enlightenment say it is not a mystical state that takes you out of the world, but it allows you to experience the divine in everyday life. Because of this, each time another person accepts deeksha and raises their consciousness, all of us move toward the ultimate goal of uplifting the consciousness of humanity to one of connection and unity.

been
patiently
waiting for
me...
England and
Wales August 17 -
26, 2009
When I was enroute,
crossing the tip of
Ireland, and all the
way into Heathrow
Airport in
London..... I
was in tears.
Not the sobbing
tears of sadness...
but gentle
tears of love and
ancient remembrance
rolling down my
face. As the
plane came into
Heathrow Airport...
I felt like I had
come home.
Home to the land
where my heart and
soul had longed for,
for so long.
Just to be there, to
breathe the air, to
taste the
essence.... I
was home.
I am so grateful for
the wonderful people
I met along my
journey, Chris
and Abigail from
Wales,
Craig from Scotland,
Dave and Joyce from
Canada, Raymond and
Elise from
California.
Thank you all for
making my trip so
special!!

as he is known in
modern times, is one
of my Guides, and is
a great Alchemist
and Wiseman.
He was the Bard who
counseled the great
King Arthur.
He is gentle and
firm as a guide.
Being in the
presence of this
beautiful cathedral,
sitting on the bench
you see in the
photo, I could feel
the ancient ones.
Gwyddno was there,
the father of Elphin,
who was the father
of Taliesin (Elphin
found Taliesin in a
lake, during a dare
from his village and
his father Gwyddno.
After rescuing him,
Elphin took Taliesin
as his own son).
Taliesin was the
father of Myrddin.
Being in the
presence of these
great and glorious
ones, touching the
stones of the
cathedral of St.
Elphins... the
stories of old
became so real to me
that I was
transported in time.
I heard the
whispers, felt the
passing of time, I
was there, with each
of them...
On to
London:
I took the Big
Bus Tour
around London....
And............
The one place I
HAD to see and fully
experience while in
London was ...
Westminster Abbey !!
I have always had a
connection to Mary
Queen of Scots.
She is interred
here, at Westminster
Abbey, and I sought
out her tomb on my
tour. Her tomb
is beautiful beyond
words. Her story of
betrayal by her
jealous cousin,
Queen Elizabeth, and
her subsequent
beheading, was a
personal experience
as I sat with her in
meditation. As
I sat in quietude, I
heard her say "I am
you, and you are me.
Your experience of
betrayal began here,
leave your fears
here, leave them
with me. Let
them go. I love
you."
I was brought to
tears... I cried for
some time, there
with my dear one..
then ... I let my
fears go with her
.... and these
beautiful pictures
were taken as I
embraced the beauty
of release .

Westminster Abbey:
 
I visited many
other places while
in England and
Wales, but these are
the ones which
stirred my heart and
touched my soul.

My goodness, where
does the time go??
It is summer now and
June Gloom has set
in!! So
many things have
happened in the
world, shifts and
changes, things
ending, and new
beginnings.
I've pretty much
stopped watching the
TV news, these
day... I find
myself unable to
watch the violence
and incomprehensible
behavior that human
kind has brought
itself to!!
I had to ask myself,
how much of this is
true? Is this
real?
In answer to those
questions, my
wonderful guide,
Josephus, came in
and said "
This is merely the
outpicturing of the
deep wounds of
humankind. In
this time of shift,
these things are
coming up to be
looked at, and
healed."
I had to ask "But
with this behavior,
is there healing?
Or is it just a
continuing downward
spiral.? Where
is the healing?"
In his great wisdom,
Josephus answered
"Look at the people
around you, not the
television, but the
real people and
their lives.
Look at the people
that you surround
yourself with.
You've seen people
coming into their
spiritual power.
You've seen cancer
healed by positive
thought,
You've seen
marriages and
families come
together in love.
You've seen people
begin to re -
connect to
community, to each
other.
Think on this, in
times of trial and
tribulation, people
must turn toward
each other again.
No one can be an
island anymore.
Humans are meant to
create villages of
love and support.
In these trying
times, this is where
the healing
begins... in
being together "

cloud.
“It’s about time to
go, isn’t it?’ he
asked.
“Yes, it is. Find
me, okay?” she
answered.
“Yes, I will, when
the time is right, I
will find you. And
may I ask of you
something
difficult?” he
inquired.
“Yes, of course, you
are of my same soul,
I will do whatever
you ask” she
responded.
“I have chosen a
path of pain.. and
in due time, when I
find you, I may be
wounded. I have
chosen deep hurt and
betrayal,
abandonment and
difficulty.” He
sighed
“Yes, this is the
path of spiritual
growth when in human
form” she sighed
with him.
“If I do not make
it through with love
and hope in my
heart, will you love
me there, like you
love me now? It may
be difficult for
you, I my rebuff you
in my pain. I may
hurt you in my
fear. The way to my
heart may be cold
and narrow. ” Tears
rolled down his
face, knowing he
would feel such
pain.
“Yes, I will love
you. And you will
know me by my words
when I say I
will stand by you in
this. And when
my own fears take
hold, and I seem to
dash it all on the
rocks, you may turn
away..…. But, I will
not leave you,
though the path be
cold and narrow. I

Tears rolled down
her cheeks knowing
the trials they
would face, same
souls in separate
human form.
He sighed deeply.
She sighed with him.

Thoughts On Soul
Mates and Karmic
Relationships
Have you ever met
someone and you
automatically know
that you know them,
and they respond
with this same
feeling? Have
you looked into the
eyes of a dear
friend or family
member and feel like
you have always been
with them?
Have you had a love
relationship in
which you know you
are to be together,
and yet, no matter
how hard either of
you try, you
just can't seem to
get it together?
Have you ever met
someone and
instantly love them,
no matter what?
Have you ever felt
like you "owe"
someone something,
or felt a feeling of
loyalty,
trust, or a feeling
of "Finally I have
found you"
even if it makes no
sense in the current
context?
Well then, you have
met a soul mate or
someone with which
you have a karmic
relationship!!!
Congratulations!!!
You have come to a
place where it is
time to reconcile
past events with
these people...
and they can be
powerful teachers,
healers, friends,
and/or love
partners!!
Often times we
create karmic
relationships with
those of our same
soul, our soul
mates. We have
reincarnated again
and again together
to teach each other,
to assist in raising
each other up in our
spiritual growth.
But sometimes, for
many reasons and
circumstances, one
or the other chooses
to have an
experience that
seems to be out of
context from the
souls agreement, or
plan. This is
when a karmic
relationship in
created.
One person
incarnates with the
soul agreement in
place ready to share
in the agreement,
and the other
chooses another
experience while in
physical form.
This then can cause
confusion when soul
mates re-connect.
And often times the
soul agreement is
not reconciled
during a shared
lifetime. We
will often times
come back, again and
again, to fulfill
the soul agreement.
And often times, we
incarnate in the
experience to try to
understand.
This might show
itself within
incarnations where
soul mates come into
physical form as twins.
Twins come
together to be "as
one" to understand each others journey,
so that compassion
and connection to
the higher purpose
of each soul is
supported, so that
each individual
spirit can grow.

My goodness, where
has the year gone??
Here we are at the
end of yet another
year.... and
it has been a
wonderful one!!!
So many lessons, so
much love, so many
beautiful
experiences!!!
This year, I was so
blessed to have
friends and loved
ones come forward to
support me in ways
that I could never
have imagined!!
I have loved deeply,
lost profoundly,
struggled with my
identity, and cried
buckets of tears.
I have had to dig
deep into the
darkness of my
buried fears and
childhood pain.
I have had to learn
to set boundries
and hold my ground.
I have learned to
reach out to others,
stand up for myself,
say "no", let go,
forgive, move on,
and to believe in my
dreams!!! And
I was blessed to
move again, this
time into a
beautiful single
family home with a
huge lush yard, that
is filled with
loving energy!!
What a gift!!

I am so excited that
I am preparing to

My how time flies,
and how we have all
grown!! This
year, so far, has
proven to be a
further practice in
patience and
perseverance.

thought this year

perfect miracles,

answers, and that
they would drop
right into our
laps!! Boy,
it has not been
quite like that!
But it has been a
time of deep growth
and many of us are
finally finding our way out of the
cyclone of confusion
and into
Light....into a much
Higher aspect of
ourselves.

your thoughts and
intentions manifest
much more quickly?
Have you noticed
great change,
sometimes incredibly
painful, that has
brought you into a
better place?
Have you felt like
the "something
wonderful to come"
is now right here
with you?
This is the
consciousness of the
second half of this
year, this year of
new beginnings.
You are a powerful
force, and Spirit
has brought you
gently into the
realization of your
magnificence.
Watch your thoughts,
for they will become
your experience
quite quickly....
keep note of your
inner dialogue, of
the words you use,
and the way you
approach life....
everything is coming
into the manifest
form much more
quickly now.
With this comes the
ability to rapidly
change something
that isn't what you
desire. Change

This
is a wonderful new
beginning for us
all. The past
year, 2007, has been
about cleaning up,
breaking through,
changes, and major
shifts in
perception. As
we move into the new
year, all that we've
done this past year
is now set and ready
to move forward.
Have you had some
changes in the way
you look at things?
Have you moved your
home, job or maybe
simply your
furniture?
Have you had losses
this past year that
seemed to come out
of nowhere?
Theses are the
shifts that have
allowed you to see
things in a new
light!!
Let me share a
little of what 2007
brought to me.
The year started out
as so many of the
past years
had...work, work,
work, some family
issues, and a
settled feeling that
I would not find a
love mate, and that
was okay with me.
Things were good,
simple, I was
comfortable in my
life. There
was no reason to do
much of anything
different!!
I started doing some
work called, Angelic
Shadow Work, that
was introduced to me
by my great teacher
and friend, Lisa
Lockhart. It
works to remove
those lingering
issues that we so
often don't even
know is keeping us
locked into the
mundane.
Powerful stuff!!
As the
year went on, and I
continued to do the
Angelic Shadow work,
things started to
shift.. I
started desiring
more, more of life,
more of me, more of
love...simply more.
In November of 2007,
I had a bad car
accident, and
totaled my car.
I had been told by
my landlord, just a
few days before
this, that I had to
move by Dec 1st,
right during the
holidays!! Might I
say here, that I was
an emotional mess!!
I could not figure
out how my safe and
comfortable life got
so stirred up in
just a few days!!!
Fast forward to now,
February 1st, 2008.
It seems like a
lifetime ago,
November 2007!!
Just three months
and I find myself in
a new home, that is
much more beautiful,
warm and cozy.
I have a new car,
which is newer and
nicer, and has a
lower monthly
payment!!
I have a new focus
and direction in my
work, which is
proving to be quite
successful. I
have come to trust
the process of life.
I have come to trust
myself, that I can
and will make it
through the hard
times. I have
come to see the
world as a safe
place to be in. I
have learned to love
and forgive. I have come to
trust, in ways that
I never did before.
I have come to
understand that in
all things, we are
truly guided and
loved and protected.
Oh and the
biggest lesson has
been: resistance in
futile!! It is
in our resistance to
the changes that we
experience pain and
fear. It is in
surrender to the
process, that we
come through with
peace, harmony, and
living all of the
things we desire.
And the next biggest
lesson..is to trust
and have faith...no
matter what the
circumstance seems
to be. Spirit, your Higher
Self, God,
Creator...
wants only the best
for you!! If
we go into our
dreams willingly ..
if we realize that
sometimes we need
help from our
friends.. if we stop
resisting and ride
the wave.....if we
trust that change is
all about moving
forward.... if we
feel the pain and
then let it
go....and feel it
and let it go
again......... we
will always come
through much
faster!! And
we will know that we
are Blessed.

History of Merkabah

History has talked about the Mer-Ka-Ba
mostly as the vehicle that allows a
person to ascend or descend into the
higher or lower worlds. But actually the
Mer-Ka-Ba is much more than just a
vehicle of ascension. It can be, really,
anything — since it is the primal
pattern that created all things and all
universes, both visible and invisible
(see The Ancient Secret of the Flower of
Life, volumes I & II).
In the Bible there is reference to
Ezekiel and the wheels by which Ezekiel
ascended into heaven.[3] This was the
Mer-ka-Ba.
In the Torah, there is reference to the
Merkavah (as it is spelled in Hebrew)
which has two different meanings: One
meaning is ''chariot,'' which is a
vehicle; the other is the ''Throne of
God.'' When the two definitions are
combined, the true meaning comes to
life.
In Ancient Egypt, this primal pattern
was called the Mer-Ka-Ba. It was
actually three words, not one. Mer meant
a kind of light that rotated within
itself. Ka meant spirit, in this case
referring to the human spirit. And Ba
meant the human body — though it also
could mean the concept of Reality that
spirit holds. And so the entire word in
ancient Egypt referred to a rotating
light that would take the spirit and the
body from one world into another.
I once spent a couple of hours with
Credo Mutwa, the spiritual leader of the
Zulu tribe in Africa. He explained to me
that Merkaba (one word) was a Zulu word
meaning a space/time/dimension vehicle.
He told me that according to Zulu legend
his entire tribe had come from another
dimension here to Earth using the
Merkaba.
In the modern world there are teachers
worldwide — and I am one of them — who
are helping people remember the
Mer-Ka-Ba. Thus begin a process in
consciousness that will eventually
translate us from the third-dimensional
world into the next higher one through
what is being called ''ascension.''
Ascension involves a process where the
human body is transformed into light and
translated by an incredible birth into a
new world. It is achieved through a
meditation that requires the mind,
heart, body, and spirit to completely
integrate in one pattern of light and
transcend the human limitations of this
reality.
This concept of the Mer-Ka-Ba as an
ascension vehicle is not new. It is
very, very old.
What actually is the Mer-Ka-Ba?
Technically, it is an electro-magnetic
field sitting at about four degrees
Kelvin, found primarily within the
microwave range — at least in the third
dimension — that is entirely geometric
in nature. Specifically, the geometry
used is called ''Sacred Geometry,'' as
this particular geometry is found in the
creation patterns of all things in
Creation.
.. The Mer-Ka-Ba field is extremely
complex, involving the five Platonic
solids and other sacred polyhedrons. It
is believed to extend through all
possible dimensional and parallel
universes, and can possibly change its
nature from electro-magnetic to whatever
is appropriate.
One of the functions of the Mer-Ka-Ba,
as we said, is to act as the vehicle to
take the spirit and the body into the
next world. However, this function — and
most of the other possibilities — is
impossible to obtain until something
changes within the person. ..The
Mer-Ka-Ba is situated around the human
body like a three-dimensional geometric
web that is dormant and nonfunctional,
waiting for the right moment. When the
spirit that inhabits the body remembers
that it is there and begins to change
certain aspects of itself, an incredible
transformation begins to grow.
It was believed in ancient times, and
even written about by the Hebrews,[2],
that the Merkavah could be turned on by
certain principles in meditation. This
involves breathing changes, and mind,
heart, and body changes that alter the
way a person perceives the Reality. From
my perspective, it is the beginning of
''Enlightenment.''
And yet it is clear that the Mer-Ka-Ba
can also be ''activated,'' as the New
Agers say, by other methods beside the
male-style instructions using the
breathing changes mentioned above. It
can also become functional through
methods that are purely female. Through
the true living of qualities such as
love, faith, trust, truth, and
compassion, the Mer-Ka-Ba can
spontaneously become alive. In other
words, very pure human character can
translate into a living Mer-Ka-Ba field
around the person, even if that person
doesn't initially know it is there.
And yes, absolutely, the Mer-Ka-Ba is
alive. It is a living field, not a
purely mechanical field of energy.
Because it is a living field, it
responds to human thought and feeling,
which is the way to connect to the
field. So the ''computer'' that guides
the Mer-Ka-Ba is the human mind and
heart. The possibilities are endless.
At a certain and specific moment (not
necessarily in this lifetime), a
person's Mer-Ka-Ba field can become
alive. When this happens, an
electro-magnetic change occurs which
results in a disc of energy that comes
out from a tiny place near the base of
the spine and quickly expands to about
27 to 30 feet in radius around the body.
This disc can easily be perceived by
scientific means, and if the United
States Air force is correct it can be
put up on their computer screens via
satellite. In other words, the military
can see people who activate their Mer-Ka-Bas,
and watch as they move around the
surface of the Earth.
Since the number of people who have done
this is now in the millions, it is a
fairly common sight now. It is the
enormous magnetic burst that results
from the disc expanding that brings
attention to itself. This can easily be
made invisible by people who activate
their Mer-ka-Bas, if they so desire.
The knowledge of the Mer-Ka-Ba is well
known by most of the more powerful
governments of the world. I am certain
that our government used the Mer-Ka-Ba
in the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment and
the 1983 Montoc Experiments — in their
mind-control experiments and dimensional
explorations, and in controlling
weather. And I am equally certain that
Russia is using the Mer-Ka-Ba in their
spy programs and defense systems.
But regardless of government
experimentation, Mother Earth, the human
race, and we as individuals can profit
from this understanding and knowledge.
The remembering of the Mer-Ka-Ba is
unfolding all over the world. From my
point of view, this unfoldment is all
part of the evolving cosmic DNA. The
Mer-Ka-Ba will be remembered now because
this is the time to remember.
Yes, I believe, as did almost all the
ancient civilizations, that there are
specific moments in the history of
mankind where great jumps in human
understanding take place, as in the
ancient Sumerian, Egyptian, and Indus
Valley civilizations.[3]
I truly feel that we have arrived at
another one of these grand moments of
human history where brilliant light
expands around the world, and another
huge leap in human consciousness
appears. And, my friends, I truly
believe, from my own personal
experience, that the Mer-Ka-Ba is a
doorway or a dimensional window into a
higher level of consciousness that could
be the catalyst for this great change
called ascension.
Your character is the key to your
ascension. Regardless of who you are at
this moment, good or bad, you can change
your character.
In changing yourself, your Mer-Ka-Ba can
become alive. And once it is alive,
everything is possible.

What is Gematrian Light ???
According to J.J.
Hurtak in The Book of Knowledge,The Keys of Enoch, the Gematrian
Body is:
"The vehicle of Light
synthesis in the body formed by the Shekinah's Life Force which controls
all the inner relationships of Light. This body prepares the human
vehicle to be connected with the Christ Body Overself. On the physical
plane, it can control the ratio between the plasmic state of living
things and atomic-molecular matter. The Gematrian Body is made up of
Light Geometries used in consciousness creation, inspiration, healing,
etc. which can mathematically arrange each of the energy meridians of
the human system to make them available to guide and energize the body
(Luke 11:13, Mark 13:11). The Gematrian Body with the Shekinah bears
witness that we are active people of God and actively dwelling in a body
of Light within the body of flesh. As a vehicle for the saints, the
Gematrian Body frees creative life from slavery to the physical body.
The inner part of the body as gewiyyah can manifest great power
in the work of the Lord."
For simplicities
sake, we will address the Gematrian Light Body as the Divine Spark
within. The "work of the Lord" is our every experience, as we are the
expression of the Divine made manifest. The Light is the sea of
Conscious Life Force Energy that fills and surrounds us, vibrating in
different frequencies, waiting for us to call this Light into our Being
as we awaken, to empower us with full Divinity.
In ancient writing,
the Shekinah is revealed to be the Holy Spirit, the Feminine form of
God, the creatrix of the Universe. Only through the Shekinah can we
have created our human form. Only through the Holy Spirit can we be
fully realigned with our creative Source, which is God presence. God is
the energy Source, Shekinah is the movement of that energy source. And
we are the physical creation. Our creation came into being by our own
Divine Spark that dwells within each and every physical vehicle, or
human form. (This creation is not limited to only the human form, but
this is another discussion.) :)
This information is
being provided so that you can gain a little bit more understanding of
who and what you are. There is much more, and more will be revealed!!
Now, with this
spiritually scientific information running through your minds, you may
be wondering what it means to you. And rightfully so. The vast amount
of information that has been hidden is now becoming available so that,
through a gentle understanding of the basics, you can begin to rebuild
your consciousness into the Original, or Divine, Blueprint that is your
Nature.
And this is my
intention, by creating this website and providing classes, events and
personal sessions, to bring information, guidance and healing to you, to
provide the space for you to do just that... Reconnect with your Divine
Nature.

Spirituality is not Religion. It is a deeply personal
relationship with Self.
Some thoughts on Spirituality by Rev.Michele Amburgey:
Religion has tried to provide a level of spirituality.
Yet, modern religion has held the most vital secrets from their
congregations. It is not uncommon for religions to teach that the
only way to "God" is through the priests, pastors, leaders or ministers.
They have withheld the most important part of attainment of Truth, and
that is that only you can connect to God for full Enlightenment.
Unfortunately, many people have turned away from the greatest power they hold, the pure
essence of their own Divinity.
Who or what God is, is also a very personal journey.
Each one of you will experience God in a different way. Some
perceive God as The Source, Universal Mind, Higher Self, I AM, Goddess,
The Divine, Pure Mind, Creator, Light, Nature, Pure Essence, The Alpha and Omega, He/She
Without Name. Some people perceive God as the experience of peace,
joy, love, sexual union. There are thousands of names for God!!
Some people resist the word "God" and prefer to use
other forms of expression to describe the All That Is.
All of these ways, words and experiences, and the many
not mentioned here, are Sacred.
I personally use all the above as the expression and
experience of the essence of the All That Is!
There is much talk these days about spiritual growth and
raising consciousness, reaching enlightenment and ascension. With
the upcoming 2012 prophecies as a turning point for mankind and the
changing energetic and magnetic influences on our planet and ourselves,
it is hard to ignore that something is happening. Humankind has
been growing since we first appeared hundreds of thousands of years ago.
Great civilizations have come and gone, and we see some of the artifacts
they have left behind. The Great Pyramids are outstanding
confirmation that we have been Highly enlightened and civilized before!!
There have been ,and will, be great enlightened civilizations once again.
As we look around right now, we have come far in technology. But
what makes a civilization truly great is the consciousness with which
the material advances are used. We see in our world, today, people who
are starving, who are struggling. We see mega corporations,
political, pharmaceutical, and medical institutions dealing out vast amounts of money for
things that do not serve the highest good of all mankind. We see fear.
We see frustration. We see anger. We see humans turning
against humans in violence and hatred. This outpicturing is the
consciousness that we, as a whole, are working in these days.
It is not "them" it is "us". And we have created a world
that is not based on spiritual principles.
So what do we do? How do we turn this around?
Where do we find peace? Where is the joy of living?
It is right inside of you. All of the answers are
inside the great computer of the mind, and within the intelligence of
emotion. Your mind, when opened, is connected to vast amounts of
knowledge and wisdom. More than we can comprehend. Knowledge is of
the mind, and wisdom is of the emotions, of the heart. The two together, working
in harmony, provide limitless ability to create.
Let me point out here that we are all connected to a
Superconsciousness or One Race Mind. It is an energy field that
holds all of the thoughts and emotions anyone has ever had. It is
a vast realm of consciousness. And we are all tapped into this on
a subconscious level at all times. Depending on ones level of
awareness we are all influenced by this field of consciousness.
Mass hysteria is an example....the butterfly effect is another.
So let's get back to our first question from above, what
do we do?
We start by being aware of what thoughts and feelings we
are putting out into this massive field of consciousness. What
thoughts and feeling are you sharing with all living beings everywhere?
Like a pebble in a pond the ripples go out into infinity.
The ripples start an effect in your immediate
surroundings first. Have you ever woken up in the morning feeling
grumpy? Then you find your whole days goes from bad to worse?
Then the next morning you wake you feeling good and refreshed, and the
day is a glorious journey? This is the effect thought and belief
is having on our
experiences! We can change our experiences at any given moment by
monitoring our thoughts and feelings, and making adjustments that will
provide us with only great and wonderful experiences! Those
adjustments are made simply by changing our thinking. Our thinking
then sends a signal to the emotional body, and we begin to feel better.
It sounds so simple doesn't it? Why don't they teach us this in
kindergarten?
So what does this have with Spirituality?
Spirituality is the experience of our spirit in this human form.
It is what our eternal spirit learns and expands it's wisdom with.
The spirit, the real us, takes this learning this wisdom with it when we
"die", or transform energy fields. Our spirit goes on with this
wisdom into other forms of expression, sometimes through reincarnation
back into human form. Sometimes through experiences in other
dimensions. What we do here, whatever it is, is our spirituality.

I just had a wonderful experience with a woman who came
for Intuitive Counseling. She was asking how she could ever make
clear decisions and know that she is making the right decisions.
The answers that came through were spectacular!!
The first answer was "You cannot make a wrong decision, all that you do
is a path of learning and experience that brings you more wisdom and
power. It is by moving forward that you grow, not where you move
forward to." Wow!! The second answer was "When you come to a
point where a decision needs to be made ask yourself 'Which choice would
bring me the most Joy?' If you cannot seem to make a decision even
at that point, then state in a powerful manner 'I choose Joy', and the
answers will come. Choosing Joy is choosing the Higher path of
whatever it is that's before you, and then that path will be made clear!
So the next time you have to figure out your next step,
say "I choose Joy" and then observe what begins to happen.
I believe that by choosing Joy, you are choosing the
Heart centered, Love centered, place within you that can only create
that which serves your Highest Good!! The Universal Good
that fills and surrounds everything is waiting for your
command........choose Joy!!
